The Staff & Teachers, Attitudes Questionnaire (STAQ), 58 point rating scale has been developed to anonymously measure specific aspects of teacher attitudes towards themselves as teachers and their school workplace.
Additional benchmarked direct measures include staff morale, the occupational environment, stress levels, measures relating to career prospects and the staff's own views of aspects of school service delivery.
Arguably, one of the most powerful levels of reporting we now provide as a company can be found in the latter part of a STAQ report. For many clients this integrates previous pupil/parent attitude scores, as measured by our award-winning PASS and/or PACE systems, alongside staff assessment data, based on STAQ.

For clients who already use PASS and/or PACE and request simultaneous additional cohort reporting combining PASS and/or PACE data (i.e. at the time of STAQ report analysis and generation), the "additional reporting" costs detailed below offer SAVINGS OF 10-20% on total costs so be sure to select the appropriate package to suit your needs and circumstances.
