W3 Insights was formed in 2002 following a series of highly successful academic seminars which, in turn, lead to an overwhelming demand for PASS to be available to LAs at a national level.

Its directors bring to bear many years of experience working in both management consultancy and with LEA advisers, school improvement officers and educational psychologists.
